Ingredients
- 500 gm CHICKEN -
- 2 onion chopped -
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic chopped -
- 1 1/2 tsps ginger chopped -
- 3 greenchilli slit -
- 1 tomato chopped -
- 1 tsp redchilli powder -
- 2 tsps coriander powder -
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder -
- coconut oil
- salt
- Curry leaves
- DRY ROAST
- 1/2 cup coconut grated -
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds -
- 1 cardomom -
- 1 clove -
- 2 cinnamon -
- 5 shallots -

Instructions
- Dry roast coconut ,shallots and whole spices cool and grind to paste
- In a pan add oil onion ,greenchilli,ginger garlic chopped,all the powders saute it till raw smell goes then add tomato , chicken pieces water and cook well then finally add paste and curry leaves and allow to boil for mins. half cup 5
